Overview
Grounds Crew is responsible for keeping the amazing property God has blessed Eagle Sky with up to the highest standard possible. While no education or experience level is required, each team member must be able to operate landscaping equipment confidently. The Grounds Crew may also be called upon to serve in other areas if needed.
Qualifications
- A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ that demonstrates the Lordship of Christ and models servant spiritual leadership to the guests
- A willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather to maintain the landscaping of Eagle Sky of the Ozarks
- Experience working with landscaping equipment (Trimming, mowing, etc.).
- Dependable with a strong work ethic, willing and able to follow an exhausting weekly schedule yet flexible when needed.
Responsibilities
- Have personal quiet time each day with the Lord
- A “can do” attitude that brings joy to the guests as you take care of the grounds to keep them in amazing condition.
- Trimming, mowing, and cleaning up the grounds as needed for a professional appearance for the guests.
- Must be able to work with high volume while maintaining a professional attitude as you serve the guests here at Eagle Sky of the Ozarks; the grounds team is a “can do” team who helps in all areas of the ministry.
