Overview
The Food Service Staff directly impacts our guests as they serve them in the kitchen and dining room. The team removes all distractions while they make and serve amazing food to enhance our guests’ experience.
Qualifications
- A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ that demonstrates the Lordship of Christ and models servant spiritual leadership to the guests
- A willingness to learn the skills needed to prepare the food, wash the dishes, and store the food in a clean and organized fashion.
- Has experience working with children in a church context or other related avenues.
- Maintaining a clean station as you work with the food and drinks serving our guests working in a team environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic, willing and able to follow an exhausting weekly schedule yet flexible when needed.
Responsibilities
- Have personal quiet time each day with the Lord.
- Stocking, Cleaning, and Maintaining the kitchens’ professional and clean appearance
- Flexibility as the guest’s hours may change for their needs and schedule
- Provide a positive and fun experience for the guests entering the dining room.
- Must be able to work with high volume while maintaining a professional business attitude as you prepare, clean, and serve meals three times a day to our guests.
- Must be willing to clean dishes and work in the dish station
- Greet and Serve the guests as they arrive for meals with enthusiasm and energy.
