Overview
Floaters directly impact our guests as they serve them in various capacities of the ministry of Eagle Sky. This position removes all distractions while they serve the other staff members, making for a fantastic experience for our guests.
Qualifications
- A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ that demonstrates the Lordship of Christ and models servant spiritual leadership to the guests
- A willingness to learn the skills needed to serve any department as required for the week.
- Experience working with children in a church context or other related avenue.
- Maintain a willingness to jump into different roles during the summer as you move from department to department.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic, willing and able to follow an exhausting weekly schedule yet flexible when needed.
Responsibilities
- Have personal quiet time each day with the Lord
- A “can do” attitude that brings joy to the department that you are joining for the week.
- Flexibility as the ministries’ needs may change for their schedule
- Provide a positive and fun experience for the guests as you serve in different departments.
- Must be able to work with high volume while maintaining a professional business attitude as you learn different roles every week.
