Overview
Store employees will assist full-time store staff in operating the camp stores. Responsibilities include stocking, operating the cash register, re-stocking, and assisting guests in the store. May be asked to help in other departments as needed.
What you’ll need: A smiling face! We like to ensure every camper entering the store is greeted with a friendly face and a hello, so being cheerful is a must.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work with a high volume while maintaining a professional business attitude, as you will be working with a cash register and computer program.
- A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ that demonstrates the Lordship of Christ and models servant spiritual leadership to our guests.
- Experience working with children in a church context or other related avenues.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic, willing and able to follow an exhausting weekly schedule yet flexible when needed.
Responsibilities
- Have personal quiet time each day with the Lord
- Stocking, Cleaning, and Maintaining the store’s professional and clean appearance
- Maintain the cash register, be knowledgeable about the inventory, and notify the store manager if items need to be stocked or cleaned.
- Flexibility as the guest’s hours may change as needed for their needs and schedule
- Provide a positive and fun experience for the guests as they come into the store shopping.
- Be willing to help others as assigned by your leaders for the team who serve at Eagle Sky of the Ozarks
- Serve the guests as they arrive and leave as assigned by your store manager
